HOA Assessments
Current HOA fees are $363.00/yr ($30.25/mo) which includes grass cutting and landscaping of the common areas and snow removal from streets in the Winter. The latter is particularly important because Sheridan is directly adjacent to rte. 340 and rte. 230 which are major arteries and school bus routes and thus the first roads plowed after a snowfall.......thus convenient access to MD, VA and local stores without having to navigate snowbound secondary roads after a major snowfall.
